At IVYBEAUTE, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that the products are unopened and unused due to hygiene reasons.

For all our orders, returning an item is easy. Just contact us via our contact form on our website submitting your full order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

• Returns must be sent back to our returns address (provided via email)

• We cover all return costs because we are confident in the exceptional quality of our products and know our customers will love them. However, should you, in the unlikely event, wish to return a product, we will cover the return costs — you pay nothing.
  

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
